I recently brought my vehicle in for an oil change and routine maintenance, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. What could have been a simple service visit turned into a great customer experience thanks to Natalie, Jordan, and Tyler. They were friendly, professional, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. The check-in was quick, the service was completed in a timely manner, and they made sure everything was taken care of before I left. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in the work they do. I appreciated the honest communication and the attention to detail. There was no pressure, no surprises—just great service and peace of mind knowing my vehicle was properly maintained. Natalie, Jordan, and Tyler made the whole visit easy and enjoyable. It’s refreshing to find a service department that values customer service as much as quality work. I’ll definitely be back for my future maintenance needs and highly recommend this service department to anyone looking for a team they can trust.

I brought my hummer ev in after calling them first a few day prior and had a windshield claim and needed a tire rotation, I came in and after wasting 45mintues they came to me in the waiting room and said that they can't find anything on my windshield and they also are not equipped with the correct lift to rotate my tires..

The staff was tremendous, service was fast, great environment

Part was ordered and came in. While they were installing i waited in a comfortable waiting room. Was offered coffee or could use vending machine.

My overall experience was excellent, however, Joshua Carpenter worked far beyond the call of duty as sales rep. He came in on his day off to delivery our 2026 C8 Corvette to us. Joshua Carpenter and Jill even worked on their days to make sure all was in order during the purchasing process of our vehicle and at a great price. Thanks Ed C.

We was given a price the day before they picked up our car went the next day to buy it they raised the price they finally came down after we was gonna walk away, then they didn't wash the car , didn't fill it up, didn't tint front windows like they said it would have , then they started calling us about our plates and vin # on the car these calls continued from November until January then in February I get a call asking me to come a d pick up new plates for car because they gave us wrong plates , and my car started reading bad codes I tool it there and was asked why didn't I just take it to the one in my town ! Realy! We will never go back there to buy a car again and trust me we will be buying another new car.. This was the worst experience in buying a new car and I have bought plenty.

I have been bringing my Denali in for service since moving back to Texas in Jan of 2024. I have always received great customer service from Auto World GMC. This last time is one of the same. As I arrived to the dealership for my appointment I was met outside by Tyler, the service writer. Tyler asked if I had an appointment which I told him I did. As we went inside Tyler saw I made an appointment for an LOF and tire rotation. I inquired about the 45K service for my truck from a flyer I received from Auto World. Tyler told me he could get it done today if I wished. Again, I felt like I was being taken care of. So with this appointment, I got the oil changed, tires rotated, transmission and transfer case serviced. I appreciate the customer service I receive every time I go to Auto World for my truck service needs. I should note when I called last week to make the appointment, it was an ease to get an appointment on the day and time that worked best for me. I cannot thank the people at Auto World enough for taking care of me and my truck. Texas sized THANK YOU to you all.

Signed up online for an oil change. Went for my appointment 3 days later but it was no on their computer. No worries they took my keys and went to work. A short time later I was on my way home. Efficient and friendly.

Scott is very good at his job. He goes above and beyond to find exactly what we want. The finance team is very good, personable and easy to work with. We never have had a problem working with the dealership.

I was very pleased that they came and picked my vehicle up from my home. Did the services that I requested and then brought it back to my home. It made the experience, very enjoyable and very convenient for me. I appreciate their professionalism.

Poor service an quality of work.my vehicle had more problems when it left being worked on. Was given a quote to fix front end an then the price more than tripled. Was told by the dealership that my tie rods need to be replaced. I took my truck to another Chevy dealership and they told me i didn’t need to replace my front end. A the price difference was over 2k cheaper. The second dealership actually tightened up my tie rod for free to keep me safe where auto world just let me drive off with a tire rod almost completely detached. I won’t be going back there for anything ever again.
